John. D. Edward had a life transforming encounter with the Lord during his medical studies in Russia. Immediately after, he started seeking the Lord fervently, which led to a season where the Lord visited him several times. It was during this time John received His calling. It also led to the start of John’s ministry there. Eventually he became the head of the ‘International Fellowship of Christian Students’ in St. Petersburg, Russia.

After medical school, John did his theology in Morning Star School of Ministries in the United States. In this time, as he sought the Lord through fervent prayer, he received several prophetic insights needed for the body of Christ in the USA. Those insights are much relevant for today’s church and can be found in his website www.crossvisions.com .

Currently John and his wife Roja work with FIRE INTL as missionaries. John has ministered in healing crusades and special deliverance meetings in several parts of India. He also regularly holds seminars for missionaries and pastors there, equipping them for effective ministry. Not only that, he also travels around the States and other countries, ministering in local churches; edifying and empowering believers to fulfill their calling.

John’s heart is to see the love of Christ reach the most desperate and needy, the forsaken and the forgotten. It is also to see each member of the body of Christ rise to their full potential in Him. John’s calling is to prepare the way of the Lord. Turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the children to the fathers, that a generation may encounter the glory of the Lord.

John and his wife Roja have been blessed with three wonderful children Amy, Hadassah and Keith. Currently they reside in Concord, NC.

During John’s time in the States, he resorted to seeking the Lord through fervent prayer. It was marked by several times of intense warfare as the darkness that was prevalent was great. The website ‘cross visions’ with its many insights was mainly birthed as result of those times with the Lord and the breakthrough that was achieved in the spirit. It was started with the purpose of enlightening the body of Christ in the United States as to its present condition, so that we may turn back to the Lord. The insights into the prophetic movement are also as a result of days of seeking the Lord through fasting and prayer.

The prophetic thoughts and many of the contents in this website (unless indicated) have a specific application to the church in the United States and also have a general application to the rest of the body of Christ.
The insights are written with the greatest of care and humility and if the tone in some articles assumes some element of superiority or offends anyone wrongly, then the author would extend his humble apologies.
His desire is that we as a body should rise up, out of our dust and ashes to shine forth the glory and splendor of His Son. It is in no wise intentionally presumptive or should be understood as authoritarian.
If there are any words of correction, the author would welcome a healthy dialogue.
