God’s presence was felt in a tangible way as we gathered as missionaries to pray for the 3 day meetings starting tomorrow!
It was not a single person leading but all missionaries together as we prayed and asked God to move powerfully! There were no hidden agendas , no compulsion , and no competition, just focusing on God and asking Him to move.
Earlier during the day, we met a Christian missionary who had left our organization some years earlier!
During conversation with her, God brought something to my mind! During my last trip to the Islands, a certain ministry to a certain people was hindered . I had asked God to reveal why it was so and if it was due to any mistakes in the past from our side that had shut the door and was preventing it from being opened?
I had forgotten about the incident but God had not! As this lady was sharing , she started talking on how she was doing this same ministry several years back. The door was wide open but our wrongful accusations of her ( by some of our missionaries) to the authorities had closed the door! I asked her to forgive us and we blessed each other and prayed and I knew that it was God’s answer to my prayer for the open door.
God orchestrates circumstances . He is the master planner. It was so amazing as he had ordained each of our steps, firstly to meet in the airport an year back and from there at her place the next year. All as an answer to a simple prayer from the heart.
Thank you Lord for you are actively involved in our lives answering each prayer prayed according to Your will. Only open mine eyes to see it more often and I can lean more about you by the passing day that you are in control over each and every of my life and walk for You!
