In Cross Visions, our mission is to prepare the way of the Lord in every individual, be it believers or leaders, that His glory may be manifest amongst us. It is the ever consuming Fire of the Lord and the jealous zeal of the bridegroom for His bride that brings it about.
ISAIAH 40: 3 TO 5
3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness: “Prepare the way of the Lord; Make straight in the desert A highway for our God.
4 Every valley shall be exalted And every mountain and hill brought low; The crooked places shall be made straight And the rough places smooth;
5 The glory of the Lord shall be revealed, And all flesh shall see it together; For the mouth of the Lord has spoken
Not only that it is to turn the hearts of the Fathers to the children and the children to the Fathers. It can only be done by the selfless love of the Son that surpasses all understanding and the love of the Father that gave His only begotten son. For when families are healed and restored we become true representatives of Christ and carriers of His manifest presence in our every day life.
Malachi 4:5,6
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.
6 And he will turn The hearts of the Fathers to the children, And the hearts of the children to their fathers, Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.”
Finally, it is to help each member in the body of Christ realize their significance and importance and equip them to reach full potential Christ.
This is the greatest necessity in the Body this hour!
EPHESIANS 4: 12 TO 16
12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. 16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
God’s intent for the church is that it understands His eternal purposes and grows into full maturity like unto Christ Himself, transforming societies for His glory.
In Ephesians 4:13, we see that its God’s intent for His church, His body to reflect Christ in every way. The fivefold ministry functions for this sole purpose only. As a matter of fact, every work that God does through any individual in the body is for this same purpose; that we all grow into a place of maturity where we start to fully reflect Christ, in our everyday walk and life.
Our prayer is,
O Lord, “revive your works in the midst of our years; rend the heavens and come down as in the days of old”! May your way be prepared. Rebuild the ancient broken down walls. May Your bride arise in all splendor and glory; FOR YOUR GLORY!
Remember the tears of your intercessors and the sacrifice of your saints. Hear us O Lord and answer us. Send your FIRE!! May we truly come to the place of reflecting Christ on this earth fully collectively as you intended for us to, from before the foundations of the world!
Amen.
