He leads the blind by a way they know not – Isaiah 42:16
“Let us come boldly…” Hebrews 4:16
The day prior to leaving for Srilanka, was heading a youth fellowship. As I was talking, my first daughter Amy came right into the meeting, sat on my lap and started kissing me and talking to me about buying fishes for her fish tank. It didn’t seem to matter to her that I was in a meeting with so many young people around!
She could come to her father anytime with her needs. Dad couldn’t say anything further and had to stop his speech and talk to his daughter. A very valuable lesson! My heavenly father is the greatest dad ever and I can come confidently to Him with my needs anytime knowing that He will surely answer.
We got into the flight to Srilanka, a journey into the unknown, or rather a little-known place for us, trusting God to lead!
As I sat on my seat, answering a call, the person next to me introduced himself as a pastor! Started talking to us about work in Srilanka, took us to his home when we landed and has arranged a meeting with a lawyer for us the next day to help us get to know on how to start ministry there legally.
Just seeing God’s divine leading is amazing. You can trust and lean with confidence on Your Father’s arms knowing that He knows the way even when u don’t. I don’t need to know everything. I just need to trust and follow Him. I love you, Lord!
