There is a time for everything! -Ecc :3
The Pastor hosting us in Bathiculo was a genuine person! He had arranged for us to meet with a few pastors. It was a very useful time; as each appointment, though with unknown people, God thru it all was shining more light on the path we needed to walk in the future. It also amazed me on how the Spirit was taking us to the right people in right places.
God’s peace and guidance and His workings in each step. Lesson: Plan God’s way (dependent totally on Him) which may be at times very little or a few steps at a time and you see God’s footprints in the paths you take and His gentle breeze is always felt!
We plan and like to be in control! Walking according to Gods’ plan is letting go of that control. In it you walk into the most exciting adventures otherwise not seen!
In the evening was talking with a believer on the rains that had arrived late in Srilanka. He was sharing on how it was damaging the harvest as a result.
Then God spoke!! There is a time for every good thing! Good used or given in the wrong time can be damaging instead of helping or it may not be used to its potential as well.
Much needed rest waits for the night! Morning, we have a church gathering and a 2 and a half hour jour to Trinco afterward where we will be a meeting with a missionary worker from India.
Lead us as You will O Lord and not as I will.
I am your humble servant, I will follow you though the highest mountains. As my heart yearns for your wonders, may it always yield and be ready to follow the gentlest of Ur whispers.
